Use fourrier Decomposition on a pulse width modulation superimposed on a driving oscillator. By having a set of oscillators that represent the major Fourrier components it might be possible to drive a primary coil such that the net power in the driving current can be more or less continuosly varied. The secondary coil may be able to be rectified by driving an oscillator tuned to the primary coils main frequency in reverse.
